They'll hit the road in December
Franz Ferdinand have announced that they will play several North American dates in December.
The band, who are set to release their new album, 'Tonight: Franz Ferdinand', in the US on January 27, will kick things off in Montreal on December 3.
They'll then play a series of radio-station sponsored holiday gigs in cities including Boston, Portland, Oakland and Las Vegas, before wrapping things up in San Diego on December 15.
The band intend to preview several new songs at their live appearances.
The tour dates are:

Boston, MA Orpheum Theatre (WFNX show) (6)
Portland, OR Crystal Ballroom (KNRK show) (8)
