The Twang took time out from preparing to play V Festival to give NME.COM an exclusive glimpse of the backstage area.

The guided tour, featuring vocalists Phil Etheridge and Saunders, was filmed as the band prepared to take the stage at Staffordshire (August 17).

The band also revealed that their new album is nearing completion.

"We should have a new album out [at the] end of the year or January," said Etheridge.

As entertaining as ever, Phil and Saunders give us an eye-popping insight into the true backstage glamour of a festival, showing how pampered performers are looked after. Featuring special appearances by Alan Tichmarsh and a guy with no pubes. And later the band put on another amazing show to a crammed JJB tent!
