The Verve are set to headline the V Stage tonight (August 17) at the Chelmsford leg of the V Festival – the closing night of the bash.
The band are set to play after performances from Kings Of Leon, Amy Winehouse, Lenny Kravitz, The Feeling and Girls Aloud.
Before the above acts play The Stranglers are set to kick off proceedings on the stage, followed by Squeeze.
The Verve will be going head-to-head with Kaiser Chiefs, who are scheduled to headline the 4music stage at the same time as their set.
The Leeds band will be playing after The Zutons, The View and Reverend And The Makers.
Elsewhere on the site The Chemical Brothers headline the JJB Arena after The Charlatans and Hot Chip.
Guillemots are set to headline the Virgin Mobile Union tent after Echo And The Bunnymen and Young Knives, with Goldie Lookin Chain and Noah And The Whale also set to play in the tent.
