Tricky

Slow

Trust Tricky to turn an innocent, saccharine pop number about dancing in the disco by Kylie into a sleazy-electro track bordering on the filthy. Honestly, this wouldn’t be out of place soundtracking the most hardcore of porn flicks. ‘Slow’ may sit uneasily with the context of his socio-political album ‘Knowle West Boy’, but that certainly won’t stop Tricky’s breathy vocal delivery, domineering basslines and ferocious guitars making this sensual reworking a dancefloor smash.
